Over Value Yourself

I’ve often under valued myself in my personal and professional life.  I used to think people didn’t care what I had to say or they would make fun of me.  In my career I thought that people wouldn’t want to work with me because I wasn’t good enough at what I did.  This is a common pattern for people in life to be hard on ourselves and not notice our assets and the great things we do.

Value yourself more.  Don’t just give away your time and skill set away for free.  It doesn’t do the other people any good either.  Put in your full effort and ask yourself honestly what your work or just your presence is worth to others.  Then act like it and treat yourself like you are a priceless asset because you are.
