Welcome Back!

How are your goal setting skills?

If you’re like most people you stink at it.  

I did too!

It is easy to throw out crazy goals that we will never achieve or take action on after hearing people say things like:

Dream big!

Shoot for the moon and you’ll land amongst the stars (btw isn’t the moon waaaaaaay closer to us than any star?!)

If you can believe it you can achieve it!

While those are all great outlooks vs being negative about things there is still an art and science to setting goals, hence why I said ‘goal-setting skillz.’  It is a SKILL!
