Visualization Part 3

“I would visualize things coming to me. It would just make me feel better. Visualization works if you work hard. That’s the thing. You can’t just visualize and go eat a sandwich.” – Jim Carrey

Move your body when you are visualizing. Emotion is created by motion.

When you get in your head, you’re dead.

If you make it too analytical and you forget to focus on your body, nervous system and emotions you get caught in a loop and start saying things like:

“It’s not working.”

“It’s too hard.”

And you just stay STUCK!

Sometimes I move my arms and stretch and feel it out. Even when your eyes are closed and you focus on your body, you can actually feel the images.

This may seem weird to you. Remember successful people are willing to do what others aren’t. Most people want to fit in with the status quo and be ‘normal’ which is why most people aren’t successful.

Move your body like you are doing yoga or stretching. I like to do push ups sometimes when I visualize. Take the focus off your brain and mind and bring it into your body. Your mind and body are all one integrated circuit working together. The better you get at doing both of them at the same time the better you will get at the entire process.

When I lift weights at the gym I like to visualize: making more money, building my business, nurturing my relationships.

Strengthen it and embed it into your body.

Bring your body into the process.

Visualize with your body.

“Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will get you everywhere.” – Albert Einstein
