Sometimes I get so caught up in my problems, I have to take a step back and remember that 99% of the people on the planet would LOVE to be in my position and have my problems.
Keep PERSPECTIVE and toggle back and forth between your desire to achieve and appreciation for all of the blessings you have.
The reason I value meditation so much is because it helps me rise up and keep things in perspective in the midst of my relentless ambition to achieve more.
I notice the more I practice appreciation the more things I have to appreciate.
