The Most Important Hour of Your Day

What you do the hour before bed sets up your success or failure for the next day.

Put your phone on airplane mode and keep it away from your body 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

“Staring at your phone right before bed is one of the worst things you can do if you want to live an effective, present, and happy life.” – Dan Sullivan

Write down 3 things you were grateful for from the day. Gratitude before bed makes you feel better and literally makes you sleep better.

Write down 3 wins you’d like to make happen the next day. “If you have more than three priorities, you don’t have any.” – Jim Collins

Think about the most important problem you are trying to solve. “Never go to bed without a request to your subconscious.” – Thomas Edison

When you wake up the next morning meditate or journal about it.
