One thing that had a huge impact on my life was learning from mentors how transformative the act of giving is. The wealthiest people in the world are givers. Not just of their money, but of their time, their energy, their love, and their spirit.
If you can’t give your money, give your time and volunteer. Giving when ‘we don’t have it’ teaches us that there’s always more than enough.
“No one has ever become poor by giving.” – Ann Frank
“The gift is to the giver, and comes back most to him – it cannot fail.” – Walt Whitman
The Surfrider Foundation

Shanti Bhavan Children’s Project
Instills within its children the importance of fighting against social discrimination and poverty. Shanti Bhavan students are passionate about uplifting their communities, whether it is by conducting classes in their villages, serving as role models for younger brothers and sisters, or educating their families on hygiene and health. Post-graduation, students seek prestigious leadership opportunities and jobs to bring about positive change in their communities. Additionally, many college students and working graduates regularly return to Shanti Bhavan to teach and mentor younger students.
The Anthony Robbins Foundation

Provides free, comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life. ASAS is one of the largest free, school-based after-school program providers in the country.
Operation UnderGround Railroad
Gathered the world’s experts in extraction operations and in anti-child trafficking efforts to bring an end to child slavery. O.U.R.’s Ops Team consists of former CIA, past and current law enforcement, and highly skilled operatives that lead coordinated identification and extraction efforts. These operations are always in conjunction with law enforcement throughout the world. Once victims are rescued, a comprehensive process involving justice for the perpetrators and recovery and rehabilitation for the survivors begins.
